Hydraulic Systems
Complete hydraulic system design, installation and maintenance — from steering, stabilisers and trim tabs to cranes, davits and passerelles. We diagnose pressure and leak faults, rebuild powerpacks and rams, and commission new systems to manufacturer specification so they perform reliably under load. We stock and fit Parker and Opacmare components and can fabricate custom fittings when an off-the-shelf part won't do.

We handle fresh-water production, storage and pressure systems, plus grey- and black-water management to AMSA and MARPOL requirements. Supply, install and service of reverse-osmosis watermakers and Kova pumps, with membrane servicing and water-quality troubleshooting so the system delivers clean water on demand.
Thrusters & Stabilisation
Bow and stern thrusters, Sleipner Side-Power fin systems, gyro stabilisers and Zipwake interceptors for easier docking and a smoother, safer ride. Where is Marine Solutions located?
Our workshop and showroom are at Gold Coast City Marina, Coomera (Shop 34, 76–84 Waterway Drive), and our mobile engineering vans service vessels dockside and on the water throughout South East Queensland.
What types of vessels do you work on?
Recreational boats, commercial vessels and superyachts — from trailer boats and cruisers through to charter fleets and large motor yachts. We scale the same engineering team and processes to suit the vessel.
What engine and system brands do you service?
We are authorised dealers and service agents for Northern Lights generators, Victron Energy, Sleipner Side-Power thrusters and stabilisers, Zipwake, Frigomar air-conditioning, Muir deck machinery and Alfa Laval — and we service all major marine engine and outboard brands.
Do you offer mobile or on-site marine engineering?
Yes. Most servicing is completed at our Coomera base, but our mobile service vans bring the workshop to your berth across the Gold Coast and SE Queensland for diagnostics, servicing and repairs.
Are your marine engineers qualified and certified?
Yes. Our team holds recognised marine-engineering qualifications including Certified Machinist and Fitter, MED2, Master 5 and Marine Engineer Class 3, with a degree-qualified Engineer in Merchant Marine Machinery (STCW-certified to Chief Engineer level) on the team.
