About the Role
This role is ideal for someone starting their marine career or coming from a mechanical, electrical or trade background who wants hands on exposure to premium marine systems. You'll support our engineering team across workshop and vessel based tasks while learning industry specific skills.
You'll assist with:
- Basic diagnostics, troubleshooting support and system checks
- Preparation of tools, equipment and components for engineers
- Assisting with installation and integration tasks under supervision
- Servicing, cleaning, organising and maintaining workshop equipment
- Supporting engineers during commissioning, sea trials and technical jobs
- General workshop duties, inventory handling and job preparation
You'll work alongside experienced marine engineers and technicians, gaining exposure to premium brands, advanced systems and high value vessels.
What You’ll Bring
- Australian citizenship or unrestricted Australian working rights is essential
- Mechanical aptitude or trade background (mechanic, fitter, turner, electrical assistant or similar)
- Interest in marine systems, vessels and hands on technical work
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions and develop new skills
- Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail
- Ability to work safely in workshop and vessel environments
- Professional communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
Marine industry experience is beneficial but not required: full training is provided.

This role suits an engineer, technician, mechanic or fitter and turner who enjoys technical problem solving, precision workmanship and working on high value vessels.
You'll be responsible for:
- Diagnostics, troubleshooting and system performance testing
- Installation and integration of advanced mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment
- Servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance
- Commissioning, sea trials and technical support for captains and vessel owners
You'll work with premium brands, high end systems and a team known for quality, reliability and technical excellence.
What You’ll Bring
- Australian citizenship or unrestricted Australian working rights is essential
- Minimum 2 years’ hands on experience as a Marine Engineer, Marine Technician or Marine Electrician
- Marine industry experience is ideal, however we also welcome qualified Mechanics, Fitters and Turners with strong transferable skills
- Strong diagnostic and fault finding capability
- Experience with mechanical, electrical or hydraulic systems (marine systems highly regarded)
- Ability to work independently and within a high performance team

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Operations Manager is a hands on leadership role at the centre of our operation, suited to someone who knows the marine service industry inside and out.
You'll be responsible for:
- Lead and support the marine engineering team
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to certified quality standards
- Oversee daily workflow, scheduling and resource coordination
- Maintain safety, compliance and high workmanship standards
- Provide hands-on operational and technical leadership
- Liaise with clients, captains, vessel owners and insurance partners
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
- Australian citizenship or unrestricted Australian working rights is essential
- Minimum 2 years’ hands on experience as a Marine Engineer, Marine Technician or Marine Electrician
- Prior experience managing a marine engineering team
- Strong diagnostic and fault finding capability
- Extensive experience with mechanical, electrical or hydraulic systems
